Hi, I'm Michelle,
I’m excited to embark on this holistic health journey with you!
Five years ago, I began my career as a speech-language pathologist. I had everything going for me—an exciting new career, a supportive partner, and a close-knit circle of family and friends—but I wasn’t living my healthiest life. My mental health had reached an all-time low, and I turned to therapy and medication to regain a sense of balance.

A year later, I decided to take a more holistic approach to my well-being. I slowly weaned off medication, detoxed from birth control, and began reevaluating every aspect of my lifestyle, including the products I used and what I put in/on my body.

As part of this transformation, my husband and I decided to start a family. This gave me my "why"—the motivation to create a healthy, low-tox home environment for our future child. I began researching how everyday toxins affect our health and discovered that, while some things are out of our control, there are many changes we can make to minimize exposure to harmful chemicals.

Reducing toxins in your life can feel overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be! I believe that small, sustainable changes can lead to big improvements in your overall health and wellness. Whether it's switching to non-toxic household products or reassessing your lifestyle choices, you don’t have to spend a lot or feel stressed. In fact, stress itself is a toxin that negatively impacts our health!

Having experienced the incredible benefits of toxin reduction, my mission is to help others live cleaner, healthier lives by sharing simple, affordable ways to detoxify your home and lifestyle.
How Becoming Aware of Toxins Transformed My Role as a Speech-Language Pathologist
As I became more conscious of the toxins surrounding us, I began to see my role as a speech-language pathologist in a completely different light.
Working with children in schools and hospitals, I realized that traditional therapy was only addressing symptoms, without addressing the root causes. Many of my clients would arrive exposed to environmental toxins—strong detergents, chemical-laden sunscreens, synthetic perfumes, and processed foods with artificial dyes. Some even had a history of vaccine injuries. Over time, I began to see a pattern: these toxic exposures were often linked to rising cases of speech delays, developmental delays, sensory processing issues, Autism, ADHD, and behavioral concerns. Why were these referrals increasing each year?

Through extensive research, I learned that toxins in the home environment—such as cleaning products, food, and personal care items—have a significant impact on the gut microbiome, which is directly connected to brain health. This discovery shifted my perspective: I could no longer rely solely on traditional therapy to help these children. Educating families about reducing toxin exposure and improving home environments became just as crucial as speech therapy itself, serving as a functional treatment to support long-term health.

True healing begins with creating a toxin-free environment that promotes overall well-being. Unfortunately, this critical step is often overlooked, mainly due to a lack of education about everyday toxins and the fact that our healthcare system isn't designed for holistic healing. That’s why I now focus on educating families about foundational health principles and preventative care, so they can take control of their health journey.

I’m here to help you understand your body, reduce toxin exposure, and heal from the inside out, so you can create a healthier home environment and start your wellness journey.
